Bengals vs. Bills live updates: Cincinnati leading Buffalo early

The NFL divisional round continues Sunday with Joe Burrow and the AFC’s third-seed Cincinnati Bengals taking on Josh Allen and the AFC second-seed Buffalo Bills.

The winner will face off against the Kansas City Chiefs next weekend for a spot in Super Bowl LVII in Arizona.

Later, the NFC will take center stage, as the fifth-seed Dallas Cowboys face the second-seed San Francisco 49ers (6:30 p.m. ET on FOX and the FOX Sports App). The winner of that game will go on to face the Philadelphia Eagles next week.

Setting the stage

Buffalo is aiming to turn things around after a close call in the opening round, nearly falling at the hands of the Miami Dolphins and rookie third-string QB Skylar Thompson.

Meanwhile, Cincinnati is in the middle of a nine-game win streak. Burrow has completed 68.3% of his throws for 4,475 yards (fifth in NFL) and 35 touchdowns (tied for second) despite playing one fewer game due to the Week 17 cancelation.

No. 3 returns

Sunday’s tilt comes a mere 20 days after the regular-season game between these two games was canceled following the collapse of Bills safety Damar Hamlin, who has since been released from the hospital and is on the road to recovery.
