Olympic champion Alexander Zverev said his ankle injury was more serious than widely disclosed to the public. “It was always reported that three ligaments were ruptured. But it was actually seven, three of which were operated,” the German tennis player told an interview published by the Bild am Sonntag newspaper on Sunday.
