Wilson, a professional cyclist, was just 25 years old when she was shot three times by Kaitlin Armstrong. There was a 43-day international search to find Wilson’s killer. With that said, it only took a few hours to deliver Armstrong’s murder verdict. The belief is Armstrong gunned down Wilson “in a jealous rage” because Wilson used to date her boyfriend.
