Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend is taking him to court in an attempt to invalidate a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that she signed at the start of their relationship. Erica Herman is challenging the NDA due to what is referred to as the Speak Out Act. The latter is a legal mechanism that allows for exemption where there is evidence of a sexual attack or harassment.
