By Joe Vitale Every Georgia fan knows good and well that Tyler Simmons was onside during his blocked punt that was called back against Alabama in the 2017 national championship. In the moment, though, the refs, who threw a flag and declared that Simmons was offside, did not see it that way. That blown call cost Georgia a massive play that, had it stood, very well could have led to the Bulldogs winning the title.
