Devastating rain showers and floods have killed at least nine people in Italy’s Marche region, fire brigade spokesman Luca Cari told dpa on Friday, citing the prefecture of the regional capital Ancona. Four people were initially missing, including an 8-year-old boy and a 17-year-old teenager, according to initial reports.
