If you hold Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens to 13 points, you really should win the football game. All you need is a halfway decent offense to make that happen. The Carolina Panthers proved again Sunday, however, in a 13-3 road loss to Baltimore that they don’t have one of those — at least not with Baker Mayfield under center.
