Munich (dpa) — Good weather especially lures motorcyclists back to their bikes. Some may not have ridden in years and they need to prepare adequately for getting back in the saddle because motorbiking has its dangers. It’s better to approach the return to motorbiking carefully, advises Jürgen Lebherz of technical inspection agency TÜV, “because reaction time, perception or conditions change over the years.” That’s why it’s important to practice not only controlling the machine at high speeds, but also the dexterity needed to roll along slowly in confined spaces, in city traffic, for example.
