By Andrew Gould Eric Rowe won’t get a chance to crack the Carolina Panthers’ active roster. Per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Panthers released defensive back Eric Rowe on Tuesday. He didn’t dress in either of their first two games. They replaced Rowe on the practice squad by signing safety Matthias Farley. Rowe has played 100 career games for three different teams (Eagles, Patriots, Dolphins) since joining the NFL in 2015. The former second-round pick has five career interceptions and 381 tackles.
