By Kameron Duncan With longtime coach Mike Brey stepping down, Notre Dame reportedly has an eye on its next coach – and they won’t have to travel far from South Bend to find him. According to the NY Daily News’ Mike Weiss, Notre Dame is “zeroing in” on Ohio State head coach Chris Holtmann. Holtmann has been successful at Ohio State after taking the job in 2017. Holtmann has led the Buckeyes to the NCAA tournament four times, including as a No. 2 seed in 2021.
