CHICAGO — Joe Musgrove continued his domination of the National League at a place he loves to pitch. The rest of the Padres had a pretty good time too, completing their first sweep at Wrigley Field since 2010. The first afternoon contest in the four-game series didn’t match the offense of the previous two nights, but the Padres scored in four different innings and took the lead for good in the second inning of a 6-4 victory over the Cubs.
