This was his response to being accused of misconduct towards an employee at the Phoenix hotel prior to the Super Bowl. On Friday, Marriott fired back at Irvin. They released specific details regarding this alleged incident. In their court filing, Marriott accused Irvin of “flagging down” the employee as she walked from a bar area in the lobby.
