By Tzvi Machlin The Las Vegas Raiders have been especially busy during the NFL’s legal tampering period. Mere hours after signing their new quarterback for 2023, they’ve added another likely starter. According to ESPN NFL insider Jeremy Fowler, the Raiders are signing free agent safety Marcus Epps. Per the report it’s a two-year deal worth $12 million with around $8 million guaranteed. Epps was the starting safety for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2022, enjoying career highs in almost all categories on the league’s second-best defense.
