One recent photo of Shaq standing next to the mayor of Kansas City, Missouri has gone viral for that very reason. Shaq was in Kansas City to mark the opening of his new restaurant at the city’s airport. Mayor Quinton Lucas was there to mark the occasion and do some photo shoots.
