That’s the view of Max Verstappen, who rarely shies away from speaking his mind. And he did so after qualifying third for a race which, it seems, he would much prefer not to be taking part in. After the opening ceremony earlier this week, the Dutchman moaned that he felt “like a clown” and said the whole event is “99 per cent show and one per cent sport”.
