LAWRENCE, Kan. — No. 9-ranked Kansas handed No. 15 Iowa State its 23rd consecutive Big 12 road loss Tuesday night by defeating the Cyclones 62-61 before an Allen Fieldhouse sellout crowd that included former Jayhawks men’s basketball coach Roy Williams.
