By Matt Audilet The NFL has fined New York Jets special teamer Chazz Surratt $4,833 for unnecessary roughness. Surratt threw a key block that helped undrafted rookie Xavier Gipson notch a game-winning punt return against the Buffalo Bills on Monday night. The block itself was controversial as Surratt’s leg flew out and tripped the would-be Bills tackler.
