By Jack Springgate It’s fair to say that sixth-year Iowa wide receiver Nico Ragaini disagreed with this no-call from last week’s Cy-Hawk game in Ames, Iowa. Following the game he told reporters, “Was that pass interference? I feel like, what’s the NCAA or Big Ten going to fine me if I say that’s a horse*s*** f****** call? I shouldn’t have dropped the F-bomb in there, but god damn,” when commenting on the officiating on that play. Well, the Big Ten heard him loud and clear.
