By Milo Taibi When the Baltimore Ravens franchise-tagged Lamar Jackson on Tuesday, many expected it to represent the start of a bidding war. The Ravens’ decision allowed other teams to negotiate with Jackson. If a deal were to be reached, Baltimore would have the opportunity to match the offer or let Lamar walk in exchange for draft picks. Yet football fans haven’t yet seen the market mature for Jackson’s services. In fact, a handful of teams have gone out of their way to make it known that they will not pursue the former NFL MVP.
