Former Bayern Munich coach Julian Nagelsmann is to take over the German national team until the Euro 2024 tournament on home ground, the Bild newspaper and Kicker sports magazine said on Tuesday. According to the reports, Nagelsmann and the German Football Federation (DFB) have reached an agreement, but a few details are yet to be discussed. The DFB confirmed that president Bernd Neuendorf and Germany team director Rudi Völler had a first meeting with Nagelsmann on Tuesday. “We are in good talks,” Neuendorf said.
