Borussia Mönchengladbach coach Daniel Farke has backed his forward Marcus Thuram who has come under heavy fire for diving to win a penalty in the last Bundesliga game. The incident came in Saturday’s 0-0 game against Freiburg and Farke said on Thursday ahead of the next game at RB leipzig that the case should be closed now. “Marcus Thuram made a mistake because he went to ground too easily.
