Olympic champion Alexander Zverev will miss Germany’s Davis Cup tie in Bosnia-Herzegovina on the weekend for injury reasons and has been replaced by Maximilian Marterer. The German tennis federation (DTB) said on Monday that Zverev sustained a muscle injury during last week’s US Open quarter-final defeat against Carlos Alcaraz and could not feature in the tie in Mostar on Saturday and Sunday.
