On Friday, the Cowboys reportedly signed backup quarterback Cooper Rush to a two-year, $6 million deal. The first year of this contract and the signing bonus are fully guaranteed. Rush will continue to be the primary backup to Dak Prescott, who is under contract through 2024. During the 2022 season, Rush started five games for the Cowboys.
