Markelle Fultz’s impact on the Orlando Magic has been evident. The Magic (16-28) have gone 11-12 since Fultz made his season debut on Nov. 30, including 11-9 since he stopped playing under a minutes restriction on Dec. 5. Fultz has brought a steadier ball-handling presence, injecting pace and on-ball playmaking into Orlando’s offense.
