By Mitchell Forde While the Washington Commanders have made it clear that they plan to enter next fall with second-year pro Sam Howell as the starter behind center, the team has been looking for a veteran to pair with Howell in the quarterback room — even reportedly trying to lure Chad Henne out of retirement. They’ve now found their man. According to Dianna Russini of ESPN, the Commanders are expected to sign Jacoby Brissett.
