Regardless of whether they were leaving or not contending, it is well known that Big 12 programs get up to beat the Longhorns week in and week out. There is a sense of pride when teams beat them, and there is also a sense of self-gratitude when teams beat them and get to drop a new one-liner about the Longhorns.
