By Andrew Gould The Big Ten issued a public reprimand against Iowa wide receiver Nico Ragaini for critical remarks about officiating. Following Saturday’s 20-13 win over Iowa State, Ragaini discussed a play he thought warranted a defensive pass interference penalty. He asked if the Big Ten would fine him if he said the referees made a “horses*** f*****g call.” While they didn’t fine Ragaini, the conference reprimanded the senior for violating its sportsmanship policy.
