MIAMI — Eerily similar to the night before, Steven Okert took the mound in the eighth inning Wednesday and the Miami Marlins’ demise began. The left-handed reliever walked the first two batters and then scooped up a bunt from Esteban Quiroz, which would load the bases, but missed the throw to Charles Leblanc, who was covering first base.
